We reserved an accessible room due to special needs, but what we were given was extremely small and completely inadequate. The bathroom was unusable for anyone with mobility challenges — a major issue for a room advertised as accessible. It was clear that accessibility was not genuinely considered. I do not recommend staying at Marigold Hotel if you require accessible accommodations. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Exceptional Service: The staff at Marigold Hotel are consummate professionals, attentive, and courteous. They anticipated every need, making my stay a seamless and enjoyable experience. Beautiful room, and easy to find. The staff speak English and are very helpful. Good price for restaurant in this hotel and good food. Very welcoming for a family of four. Showers are hot and TV works great for a one night stay. Plentiful breakfast with many available options. Awesome!
