Staff were good

Overall good stay. Need to update the pillows and hair dryer!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. As a Marriott member there were some very nice perks ... free drink and $30 credit towards food downstairs. We were given 2 cable car one-way passes, which we used to go to brunch down to the Buena Vista. We were also able to pay a small fee to extend our check-out time, which was a very nice perk! The room was WONDERFUL and exceptionally clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that the sofa bed was pretty bad. Our 29-year-old daughter was with us and she was going to sleep on the pull out. She ended up putting the bed back and sleeping on it as a couch. If we were to stay again, I would get our daughter her own room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Everyone gave great service and were very polite. Car service was fast no longer than 20 min wait to retrieve the car. Great location by Chinatown and Finacial district. Neighbor was clean and for the most part free of homeless. Would stay here again.

It had Terrific staff

Great room. Loved all the lighting options. Drinks in the bar were ridiculous, $18 for a gin and tonic!

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The room itself was comfortable, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I found hair on the bed, in the bathroom, on the bathroom wall, inside the shower, and around the sink, which was quite unpleasant. The shower also had a drainage issue, and the water would not drain properly while showering. My experience with the staff was mixed. The staff during check-in were not very welcoming, but the staff at check-out were friendly and helpful. Despite these issues, the hotel has a great location and many positive aspects. I enjoyed the convenience of the area and appreciated the friendliness of the check-out staff. I hope the cleanliness and maintenance standards can be improved, as this property has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

The staff were very kind. Disappointed there wasn’t room service available. My room was ready early which was awesome, but the bathroom wasn’t clean. Great location.

I'm not a complainer at all - But my experience was NOT GOOD! I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring all night! I would like a refund!  Mike
