The staff is great, the rooms were spotless…However, given what you pay, the hotel is highly overrated. There is no complimentary breakfast or even water. You get that at a budget hotel. Granted, there is complimentary water on the first floor, but after a long day at the park, that felt so far away…Also, everything closes by midnight, so if you’re hoping for some unwind time at a bar or looking for a snack, you’re out of luck. You’ll need to anticipate these things beforehand or wait in a long line at the park. Just stay at a cheaper nearby hotel instead.

Clean room, fun stay, excellent service. We love staying on property since it’s so close to the park entrance. The water slides and the food/drinks at the pool area is awesome! Love the poolside service too. My only gripe was that the room in the Fantasy Tower seemed smaller than the last time we stayed at the Adventure Tower. The bathroom door was hard to get in and out of the shower. If the bathroom door was open, it blocks the shower/tub. The toilet was in a separate room so that was helpful. Other than that, everything was great. We would stay again, but man… it is expensive!!!

Overall I was pleased with everything.

From parking to checkout. Everything was, well, Disney. Check-in was at 3pm and check-out at 11am, but I was able to park at the Hotel from 9am the date of my arrival (and have the bell desk hold luggage) until midnight the day of my departure, making excursions to the Parks bracketing my stay easy to manage. We had a 7 year old celebrating her birthday and first visit and the receptionist offered her a fee “1st Visit” plush Mickey Mouse. The room was upgraded to a premium view at no cost. And staff advised us to keep our room keys until midnight day of checkout in case we wanted to use the pool or laundry facilities. We had a greet breakfast at Goofy’s Kitchen with plenty of photo-ops and autographs from characters. I was initially disappointed to not see the glow-in-the-dark moulding/wallpaper encircling the room near the ceiling that depicted pixie dust. But was delighted by the illuminating fireworks lights above the headboard that played a brief tune when turned on. Quite pricey for weekday accommodations but well worth it for a multi-day visit for first-timers.

So much fun and really enjoyed the clean room

I loved the Disneyland hotel so much I won’t be staying at another hotel when I visit the parks. Everything was nice the staff, the room, the decor the pools! My kids, husband and I loved it.

The property is wonderful and staff were great. The room was a bit older and showed a lot of wear but was magical none the less. It was convenient and easy to get to Disneyland early and have a short walk at night.

When we arrived parking staff was wonderful. Of course you can choose self parking or valet, both at a fee. Lounge to the room however is free. Check in was great and room was ready a little early which was very nice. I unfortunately have a knee injury so I returned a scooter ahead of my visit which was very convenient and worked directly with Disneyland hotel so I picked it right up from the bell service. The room was very clean and had everything we needed but two things we did notice. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming apart and the lights on the side of the headboard didn't work. Unfortunately as we later noticed after the air conditioning would shut off it would make this knocking sound for about a minute and a half. This was every single time it shut off so I'm not sure what it was but it was pretty annoying. Of course we had already unpacked everything for our stay so we didn't want to complain about it and possibly get moved. After all our view was amazing! Anyhow the staff was great during our stay and they came to help grab our bags. The gentlemen made an impression on my husband he's been there 39 years and boasted about his job. Great guy I wish I could remember his name. I do however remember Jeanette at the snack/gift shop who helped me twice. She's definitely a great cast member. Thank you for having us and making my nephew and new niece celebrate their honeymoon in style

Rooms were clean and comfortable, there were also so many magical details in the room. Staff were very helpful and parking was easy/close by. The only issue I would say is there aren’t enough food options in the actual resort (especially during our stay as the restaurant there was being remodeled).
