Rene was phenomenal in making sure our stay was comfortable. After arriving in the afternoon at the welcome desk from an early flight, she helped us find our room so we could freshen up, and gave us dining recommendations for the evening along with a map of local attractions so that we could make the most of our one night in Hong Kong. The hotel itself features the highest outdoor pool in Hong Kong, well equipped gym and spa facilities to relax after a long day. Super convenient location for one night in Hong Kong as it’s above Kowloon station, which offers in town flight check in.
