This is my second stay at this hotel this week. I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival, and in the morning when I went for breakfast, I was greeted by a staff member named Shahiz with a smile and a warm welcome. He kindly assisted me in choosing food, juices, and coffee. It was truly a wonderful experience, with a great variety of delicious food options available.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. The bread selection was excellent, and the croissants were particularly tasty and incredible. The food was very well organized, with a nice variety of different options to choose from. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and satisfying breakfast.

We founded this hotel so convinient, that there's no way we cannot give a 5 Stars review. From the convinient train stops to the center, great breakfast, cozy room, easy location for food ordering. We also want to congratulate María at reception, he helpep us big time setting the transport app and her transportation advice was the best,great attitude, amazing person, more employees should follow her example.

Excellent staff, were very helpful, Maria especially. Hotel is centrally located, tram is just 30 second (Nusdorfer Strasse) and in front of the hotel and train is about 10 min walk (Spittelau station).
