The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are disgracefully small. More like a “ShoeBox” considering €350 for a night. No room to move round or put a suitcase. Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Service in the ground floor restaurant was just okay…. Took a good bit of calling to get service and reminders to get what we ordered.

We arrived and checked in ,given room keys which opened the smallest double bed room have ever seen.We thought our room was very warm with the excellent weather, but we soon realised that the air conditioning was not working.Member of staff was called and tried to reset it but ut didnt seem to work .We carried on with our stay and arrived back after midnight ,we had a few drinks in the lounge and went back to room which if anything was warmer.Staff member called and arrived to which he offered a change of room this was at 3.30am.Both rooms had nowhere to hang clothes ,1st room had a very small bathroom which was very dark, second room had a shower in bath but no shower curtain leaving the floor soaked. The door to bathroom was a sliding wooden door which was unstable and no lock ,this bathroom was even darker.Staff members were lovely throughout hotel.Food was amazing and breakfast on top floor was a lovely touch to our stay .10 min walk to Aviva stadium

Loved the modern vibe. Comfortable bed. Room was good size. Only issue was a party in the courtyard one evening. Was audible and quite loud. That said, the party ended at a reasonable time and didn't interfere with our sleep. Coffee bar was great. Had one dinner at the restaurant. Really good veggie burger (loved the curry spices). Note: this hotel in not centrally located and a good 30 minute walk to the old center ( Trinity College). This was not an issue for us and we knew ahead of time. Just a heads up for others.

Fantastic

For business

A nice characterful hotel, in a modern part of Dublin. The cheaper rooms are not that big and a bit cramped, but the finish is nice and modern. Not a central location, but it is nicely located on the water and you it is not too far to walk into town. Would recommend.

We stayed here in hopes for a quiet last night in dublin after staying at the other Dean and having a disappointing experience. Benni at the front desk was lovely during check in and check out, we had a pretty terrible experience will service at the downstairs restaurant (3 different servers, 1 which was kind) but incredible service at the upstairs steakhouse. The pool area is much better maintained than the other location as well and I wished we had more time to enjoy it. Our room was TINY - I wish they would install shelves up high in these tiny rooms so there's at least somewhere to put our bags. Otherwise, functionally it was okay and decently quiet though we seemingly cannot escape the construction noise early in the morning. Overall, I'd stay here again for the amenities, the quiet area.

Great

Solo stay

Stayed in one of the small rooms as convient for the airport. Very tight, but fair for the price.
