Stayed with friends

Such a charming place to stay in the heart of the downtown area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We especially appreciated the beautiful urban garden.

What a beautiful surprise stay! The Aspen room was terrific, especially the mural. The hospitality of the staff, fresh-baked snickerdoodle cookies, and breakfast in the garden were lovely. Would definitely stay here again! Also, off street parking and walking distance to Coors Field (but not through the safest of neighborhoods, so keep that in mind).

This was such a cool place. The innkeeper was so friendly and helpful, and she made the best cookies! The beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet and cool in the room. Bathroom was spotless. 10/10 highly recommend!

Solo stay

Have stayed here twice. Love this place. My go-to place when I'm in Denver. It's a little oasis in the middle of everything. Very walkable. It's an old/historic property so has character. Rooms have their own personality. If you want sterile and boring, this isn't the place for you. More like a home away from home, if that's what you're looking for. Very chill and relaxing. Nice garden in the back where you get to have breakfast every morning. Porch out from for coffee or people watching in the park across the street (free iced coffee all day, can't go wrong with that, and fresh baked cookies each day as well). I travel a lot for my job and stay in lots of hotels. Staying here is totally different, much more relaxing. Great for couples or solo travelers.

What an urban gem! We were very comfortable with lots of walkable parks, restaurants, bars, and even the ball park! The staff were all amazing and very accommodating. We enjoyed talking to the owner who is also a great chef. We will definitely return if back in Denver!

Queen Ann B&B was wonderful from check-in to check -out. Hannah met us with warm friendly welcome, showed us around. She even made us snickerdoodle cookies! The room was very spacious and quiet...cozy. We opted to walk across the park to a wonderful little Italian restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty.( yogurt, fruit, cranberry bread slab, scrambled eggs, stuffed pita bread, coffee & orange juice). Check out was simple and painless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back.

This is a true gem in Denver and enjoyed the stay very much. The staff really takes care of their guests. The rooms are unusual and may not be for everyone, but found it very comfortable and welcoming.

This place was incredible! I stayed in the Artist #4 suite and can not recommend this place highly enough! I had a great view of their beautiful garden. The room was huge! It was clean, comfortable, and the artwork was cool. The food was delicious and the owner made you feel welcome and right at home. We will absolutely be returning to stay here again, hopefully for more than just the one night this time!

Would happily stay at the Queen Anne B&B again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Park room was spacious and AC worked well. The historic home was charming and breakfasts + afternoon homemade cookies were scrumptious. Location was great for walking to restaurants/beverages. Staff recommended several, we went to 4 of them and all were great.
