Location good, staff friendly, window can be open, just the bath room facilities not so new and TV no Netflix. that’s is not necessary buy breakfast from hotel, the breakfast is provided by next coffee house which offer much more cheaper than hotel. The cafe offer Breakfast set only ¥510 until 11.00am but hotel breakfast coupons (totally same as cafe breakfast menu) only valid until 10.00am.
