Solo stay

I liked the room, fridge, how spacious the casino floors are, the different eateries. I didn’t like the hidden room fees and needed a microwave. If the hotel is wired for all it has to offer it should be able to handle a mini microwave.

Huge casino. Parking and lugging stuff to lobby was a bit much. Enjoyed the east access and pricing of places to eat onsite so we didn’t have to leave casino.

I did not like the fact the check in line was terribly long. The kiosk machine worked for some and not others. I finally checked in and was given someone else’s room, I walked in and there was someone in the room. The next room I could hear the toilet from another room kept flushing.

Wasn't explained that we needed a credit card for the hold deposit. Had to get off the check in line and go deposit money on the card. I didnt get a hold of the gentlemans name but he was rude about it. When we checked into he second time the young man was really nice. Spa was incredible. Our phone for the room wasnt hooked up. The only thing I didn't like bc of my allergies was the fact that smoking was aloud in the gambling parts. All the drinks were great food was fantastic. Chwf ramsey steakhouse will be a repeat!!!

The worse vacation ever. Staff were so rude,throwing our baggage anyhow . They gave me a different room while I paid extra for the waterfront view

The room was extremely noisy—I couldn’t sleep at all the entire night. On top of that, this was the worst hotel staff I’ve ever encountered, from the front desk all the way to the valet parking team.

I think the kiosk system was not the best experience. There was an issue so I had to stand on a long line with just one person available to assist. I also understand smokers but the smell is a lot. One recommendation, to maybe take the carpet out . Overall very Satisfied.
