The location is very ideal for tourists. It is located near Family Mart, Dotonbori Bridge and the shopping district. Also, it is near a train station which is very accessible. We will definitely come back.

Great hotel, rooms very clean. exceptional service from all staff! We had a few hours to wait before our flight, there is a shuttle service that will take you to nearby shopping mall, as well as to airport! Would highly recommend if flying in or out of NRT!

I love the area it’s very convenient, being close to the shopping district and train station. The hotel is also clean. However, my concern is that I booked a double room, but upon check-in, I was given a semi-double room instead. I hope Klook will look into this, as it was quite frustrating.

poor airconditioning. control in room does not over ride central control. hot late nights and windows cannot be opened even a little to let air in. cramped space even if i got a double bed.

Location is exceptional as it is walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, and train stations. Staff were attentive, helpful, courteous, can speak and understand English language and most of all not intimidating. Hotel facilities and rooms are well kept. We had a comfortable and memorable stay! Highly recommended!
