Emailed the hotel to confirm late check in. After I had arrived, the check in process is fast, without any problems. They have 2 staffs on duties. Helpful and did their best to get me the room. cleanliness: 5 stars.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. No noise during my stay. Staffs are helpful. The location of the hotel is good, close to BTS Phrong Phrom. If it rains, can use Emshere Mall passageway to access BTS.

it's my third time in this hotel, the staff is very kind and friendly, super clean and comfortable bed. The only negative side was the breakfast unfortunately, it has big variety of choices Asia and Western ,therefore, the quality does not meet the criteria for a 5* hotel, the bakery stuff reheated and got hard by the time to eat, fruit tasteless. I was a bit disappointed.

I stayed at Skyview Hotel BKK for 4 nights in Jul 2026. What I liked about it: right next to BTS, just a few mins. walk through Emporium mall right beside; a decently sized and stocked 7-11 opposite (within Mercure/Ibis hotel compound); hotel breakfast had a wide spread and was delicious, has halal options too. Gym was spacious, equipment felt new. Didn't use the pool and bars. Room had a calm vibe with oak furnishing. Clean, spacious, well-appointed. Only downside was the unsteady hot/cold of shower. When I needed assistance with room stuff (e.g., my hairdryer wasn't working, I needed extra free water bottles, paper bag, etc., service was prompt, efficient.). Didn't try the hotel's Japanese restaurants but trust they are good. Lobby feels welcoming too. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is perfect it’s beside emporium shopping centre and very near to BTS. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing is they will charge you for a bucket of ice. 🤔
