Hotel was good, rooms were big and spacious, there are many steps to get the rooms which is ok if you don’t mind stairs.

สถานที่แตกต่างจากรูปภาพมาก สภาพห้องพักค่อนข้างโทรม อาจจะเนื่องมาจากรีสอร์ตปิดไประยะนึง ทำให้สภาพห้องโทรม ต้นไม้รอบๆรีสอร์ต รก และบดบังวิว ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอับเล็กน้อย แต่สิ่งที่ไม่ประทับใจและควรแก้ไขอย่างยิ่งคือ การให้บริการของพนักงานและการแก้ปัญหาของรีสอร์ต - อาหารเช้า ได้สอบถามพนักงานทราบว่าอาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟต์ แต่พอถึงเวลา กลับเป็นชุดให้แขกสั่ง(แต่สั่งได้เรื่อยๆ) ซึ่งอาหารเช้าก็เป็นหนึ่งในปัจจัยเลือกที่พัก - ก่อนเช็คเอ้าท์ (ประมาณ 10:45-10:50) น้ำไม่ไหล สอบถามไปทางรีสอร์ต ทราบว่าปั้มน้ำเสีย ทางเราได้แจ้งว่าสามารถรอได้ แต่ขอ late Checkout แต่ทางพนง.แจ้งว่าได้ไม่เกิน 13:00(ซึ่งทางเรารออาบน้ำ จะเสร็จเร็วหรือช้าขึ้นอยู่กับกับทางรีสอร์ต) เราได้โทรสอบถาม พนง.เป็นระยะๆ แต่ได้คำตอบว่า กำลังดำเนินการ จนกระทั่ง 12:30 เราได้สอบถามไปอีกครั้ง เนื่องจากมีกำหนดการต้องเดินทางไปทำธุระต่อ แต่ พนง. ก็บ่ายเบี่ยงให้คำตอบไม่ได้ ทางเราจึงขอสายผู้จัดการ แต่พนง.คนดังกล่าวพยายามบ่ายเบี่ยงไม่ให้คุยกับ ผจก. โดยอ้างว่าติดต่อไม่ได้ จนกระทั่งเวลา 12:45 ทาง พนง.เสนอให้เราเช็คเอ้าท์ ไปใช้ห้องน้ำของรีสอร์ตอีกสาขา ที่ห่างประมาณ 10 กม. ซึ่งไม่ใช่ทางผ่าน และไม่สะดวกในการเดินทางไป จนสุดท้ายเราติดต่อ Expedia เพื่อประสานงานให้ และน้ำกลับมาไหลเวลา 12:50 ทางเราไม่พอใจเรื่องการจัดการปัญหาของรีสอร์ต อย่างมาก รวมถึงการรับผิดชอบหน้างานของ ผจก. ที่ควรอยู่หน้างานเพื่อแก้ปัญหา แต่กลับไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ จึงทำให้ลูกค้าเสียเวลาในการทำธุระเพราะการแก้ปัญหาที่ล่าช้า ไม่แนะนำที่พักนี้ สภาพต่างจากที่ลงโฆษณา แนะนำให้หารีวิวที่อัพเดทล่าสุดก่อนตัดสินใจจองครับ

Super confi bed, great view, super clean room, great bathroom, perfect and not expensive, in a marvelous location

Staff are friendly but They should make up room on daily basis without having to be asked

Hotel gave us a free upgrade for staying 2 nights. Very spacious, friendly staff. However, not suitable for elderly as there are many steps around the hotel vicinity. No other facility available.

hotel overall is ok. Service is good. But nothing much at Khao Kho.. Driving up from Bangkok more than 5 hours but the weather not cold enough to have sea cloud. disappointed journey.

The rooms are very nice and a great view!! Do not know if I would stay there during hot months because the room was really hot without air during the day due to so much glass windows. Also rooms are a walk up and downstairs outside so not for anyone who is disabled. Staff was awesome and food was great.

Quiet. The basics are not in the hotel. Like toothbrush, slippers, face towel.

Spectacular view from the restaurant and rooms. Staff were polite, expeditious and professional in handling our request and during check-in.
