Our stay was mostly fine overall. This is an extremely busy property, and the lobby was consistently crowded. The biggest frustration was the elevators. They were very difficult to get, so because we were on the fifth floor, we ended up taking the stairs almost every time we went up or down. The hallways on the guest room floors are also very narrow, and noise carries easily. We could hear conversations in the hallway at all hours of the night. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and our room was surprisingly spacious, which made for a workable stay.

Perfect location! Great restaurants nearby, close to many tourist attractions in financial district and steps away from the subway stations. The rooms were comfortable and with ample space for a couple. City views from the 42nd floor were also spectacular. I recommend!

Very small, tight spaces as you'd expect for a Manhattan hotel. Room was very small, tight spaces between desk and bed, bed and walls, etc. Shower was super small, but otherwise fine. Bed was not super comfortable and sheets were meh. Towels were like sandpaper. If you need to stay in the financial district, it's fine. Otherwise, skip it.
