The Positive: look of the hotel is very pretty, had some unique ideas displayed and the location is ideal..had a wide variety of eateries on the block on second floor.
The Negative : staff needs to improve on their mannerisms towards guests and their knowledge about where they work and the surrounding area
Asked for more towels, trash to be taken , face tissue and another roll of toilet paper...when I returned to my room, housekeeping left 3 rolls of toilet paper... that's it!..trash still there, no towels and no face tissue
When checking out myself as well as others stood in designated check out area in lobby, a staff member was assisting another guest in the checkout line and when she completed with them she then told the rest of us to get in the checkin line with no apologies..she clearly saw us ,so why she didn't direct us prior upset not only myself but the other guests as well...someone made a comment that she apparently got lazy and didn't want to work too hard, then the strange thing is the same staff member later proceeded to ask whom was checking out while we were standing in the checkin line...???...
