When we checked in, one guy looks like a manger was saying to the front desk that why there’s too many children. Obviously this is summer break!!! Even you complain about it don’t say it in front of the customers. Also asked front desk to add my Marriott account number for this stay, they said they did but they didn’t.

Stayed with family · For friends and family

We stayed in this hotel one night before a flight out of LAX. The hotel is huge and our room was very far from check-in. Not a problem but if traveling with a lot of luggage or small children, ask for a room closer to elevators. We enjoyed the heated pool, very comfortable and big even on a busy day. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside is that all food on the property is quite expensive. If traveling with littles, I suggest bringing snacks/food if possible.
