I’m usually too lazy to leave a review, but this hotel deserves one. The staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating, especially Diana at reception. I raised an issue during my stay, and the team did everything they could to put it right. When I returned from a day out, I found a lovely personalised note and some sweet treats waiting for me. It’s the little things that make a difference, and that level of care really impressed me. The breakfast was great too. Highly recommended!

Staff were accommodating and hotel was clean. Hotel was walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops.

Wonderful location. Less than a 20min walk to stores, restaurants and attractions. Amazing customer service, they go above and beyond to make you feel right at home, and the breakfast was out of this world! The room and shower were great and it was really quiet. I will definitely go back on my next trip to Lisbon! Highly recommend.

Nice quiet location for good rest. Nice sized room with good beds, modern enough conveniences. Check out the game room with billiards table! Nice staff. Very good breakfast buffet. A bit of a walk to transit (8 minutes to a metro). Would stay here again!

Lovely stay for a lo no weekend. Didn’t manage to use the spa but wish I had more time to visit it. Gym was well equipped but small. Great breakfast and service from the staff. Nice touch to have some candy and infused fruit water the lobby.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms were very clean. It took my American brain a few minutes to figure out how to control the lighting (using your room card near the entry way) and I spammed the "relax" setup. I was staying with a friend whose birthday passed while we were in Lisbon and they treated her to a birthday dessert during our breakfast. Unprompted! The hotel showed such a level of hospitality that I had to write a review about it.

When we first arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly reception team. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, the cleaners kept a very high standard. We used the spa facilities which were great. We had the breakfast buffet included in our stay, there was a good selection of food. I am coeliac and could eat risk free each morning as my food would be prepared fresh in the kitchen. Overall the vibe and presentation of the hotel were fantastic, we would definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

The hotel is the perfect combination of old world meets modern. The outside is so quaint and fits with the old world style of the city. The inside is this new modern look that is clean and welcoming. The staff is the best part of this hotel. They are so friendly and helpful. The highlight of the staff was the bar tender Pedro. We was so fun to talk to and so accommodating. A wonderful human being. The room was laid out a little weird for us. The bathroom is an in the room style bathroom. Just a piece of glass separated the shower and bath from the room. There is no privacy or shielding from someone using the shower or sink. The toilet is in a small closet with no fan and you can hear everything. The lighting in the room is awkward with all scene style switches. So the lights are on that you don’t want on when others turn on. I would prefer individual switches so as not to disturb your partner while they are sleeping. The breakfast was an outstanding European style for an included breakfast. Overall the stay was great and the location is so close to the shopping district but is tucked away for that smaller hotel experience.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to a lot of places, we practically walked everywhere. We had a great stay.
