Please do not go, we had a very very bad experience. When I pull the sofa cover to make bed we notice bed bugs and also by the bed. Me and my kids got turns of bed bugs bite and place was very disgusting. Never choose this place.

I have stayed at this property before, which is why I wanted to come back. Whew! Mistake! We had 2 rooms. Dirty sheets in both rooms, one with blood, the other, feces. Windows that should open but didn’t. Shower doors that would not stay on the track, wardrobe doors that were not installed correctly ( it would block you from being able to open the drawers) , the in swing doors were not installed correctly and darn near falling off in one apartment, but, the worst…… the front door code didn’t work for 2 days. You would buzz and they would let anyone in! They would just buzz you in without knowing if you actually belong there! Very unsafe! I contact the rental company and received a very rude man who claimed he would fix it all, yet the only thing that was fixed before we checked out was the front door code. It was also super loud the first 2 nights with rooms full of drunk young men. Very disappointing as this place held such great memories from the past. Welp, time to move on!

Check in was confusing, there was only a machine and not very user friendly. We got the code to our room which happens to be next door, ground level, so we can hear anyone going by. The other rooms are up the stairs in the main building and would have been difficult with heavy luggage. Even though we were next door, you can hear the sound of anyone going up and down those stairs. The first night, after a long day of walking, we sat on the sofa and was bitten by a bed bug. We tried to capture it in a photo but lost it on the B&W tile floor. We would check the bed every day and slept over the sheets for the remainder of the trip, but only saw the bug on the sofa. We never used the sofa again. The do not disturb sign would constantly be dropped from the door handle and would come home to the room being cleaned without our permission, we started using tape to hold the sign on. The bed may have been one of the worst, but maybe because we were not in the sheets or using pillows since we saw the bed bug. The bathroom always old but the kitchen was nice and well stocked with items. On the last day, there was a couple lost and confused on where the hotel and check in was and had to help them to the machine. Location was ok but long set of stairs to and from any of the main areas. I would not recommend.

Not what I booked. I was thrown into a room that opens directly onto the unsafe street instead of being in the apartment building. The doors all lock from the inside like a dungeon which is needed because the area is unsafe and dodgy. Super noisy outside and within the building as well. Left after one night and booked a hotel in downtown Lisbon instead. Will be looking for a refund on the subsequent nights after I left because I didn’t get what I paid for at all.

We were late arriving due to flight so we arrived about 2:00 AM. The area looked pretty sketchy at night. The Uber driver dropped our luggage in the street and took off. We rang the bell and rang the bell and called and got no response! So we were two women with two young children just standing on the street at 2:00 AM. A drunk came staggering down the street and a man urinated against the building on the other side of the street. My husband and son arrived in another Uber about 15 minutes later after also trying to contact this place. No luck. Needless to say we all crowded into the Uber and went to find a hotel. Not easy in high season at 2:15 AM! We requested our money back but they refused. They said they sent instructions for how to access the apartment. We eventually found them in our spam folder from some woman. Not sure how we would know to look for that! In searching the reviews we are not the first people this happened to. Avoid at all cost!!!!! And no one ever contacted us when we did not check in. Maybe they are used to that. And by the way, I have never written a negative review in my life!

It was a decent place! The toughest things for me was parking as well as accessing the code to get in! Besides that not too bad of a place as it is clean and cute!

Great place to stay. Instructions to the apartment were not clear and we ended up at the wrong building. We used the available phone and the man we spoke to was somewhat helpful getting us sorted out. When we made it to the right building, we were still confused and the lady we called was again, only somewhat helpful. The room was still being cleaned well past check in (until 3:30) which made us late for our next stop. The apartment was nice, however, which was a silver lining.

The property is easily accessed from the ground level, and is tidy/ clean inside. * **Traveler beware. We initially chose this unit for the tail end of our trip, and had booked well in advance before ever being in Portugal. At this point we now have a rental vehicle. The listing said that it provided parking. Well, that was non existent. There is a parkade 2 blocks away, and trust me; driving a car in Lisbon and rerouting on one way/ single lane busy streets is an adventure in itself.Do not book this unit if you have a vehicle. Also, we didnt receive any check in instructions. There is a code to a small entry in order to scan your passports, and then it gives you an email with code for your unit. Luckily for us we had cell service and called / connected with a worker whom was present at the property. (* a bit rude btw). Normally Im not too picky with details, but these two things were non negotiables in my opinion. So many options in Lisbon; choose wisely.

Sure easy check in! Very accommodating. Small but perfect for what me and my 4 friends needed! Will definitely recommend
