Fantastic
The staff at this hotel are so kind and helpful! Location is wonderful, close walk to town (less than 5 min!) but still quiet and right off the main square. The pool was lovely. It is however a bit dated, we had a junior suite and although very roomy, the decor could definitely use a facelift. It felt overpriced for what you got but overall very happy with our stay.

⭐☆☆☆☆ They Didn’t Just Change Our Rooms, They Ruined Our Reunion. We booked NH Collection Taormina six months in advance because three lifelong friends from Brazil, Venezuela, and Miami, together with our partners, planned a special reunion in Taormina. This trip took months of planning, international flights, and coordination. We chose NH Collection because we trusted a respected hotel brand to deliver the experience we had carefully planned. On the day we arrived, without any prior warning, we were told that one of the couples was being moved to another hotel more than 20 minutes away. In one decision, they destroyed the very reason for our trip. We didn’t travel across the world just to have a room, we came to spend every moment together. What disappointed us most wasn’t just the relocation. It was the complete lack of empathy, accountability, and urgency. No meaningful effort was made to keep our group together or to recognize what this reunion meant to us. Hospitality is about creating memories, not simply assigning rooms. NH Collection Taormina failed where it matters most: caring about its guests. If you’re planning a family reunion, celebration, or any trip where staying together matters, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel. After honoring our reservation for six months, NH Collection Taormina still chose convenience over its guests’ experience. That is simply unacceptable.

I highly recommend NH Collection in Taormina! Not only is it situated perfectly for touring the town by Foot. We had the best time walking the narrow streets with so many high-end stores and happy people. But… The highlight had to be the people that took care of us at this amazing hotel. Sarah at the front desk met all our expectations and beyond Carissa and Monica were always available. One more really special person I I have to mention… Angelo, who was always there, asking what he could do to help us. He helps with the bags and anything & everything else you could imagine. I felt like he was our best friend by the time we left. Just amazing. They all deserve five stars.
