Overall, it’s a perfectly okay stay for the price. The location is great, right across the street from Ayala Center Cebu, which makes shopping and dining incredibly easy. The staff are also very good, attentive, and welcoming. The main drawback is that the rooms feel quite outdated and are starting to show their age. If you don't mind a slightly older room and are mostly looking for convenience and a fair price, it gets the job done.

The hotel is very close to Ayala Mall, just a walking distance away. The staff were friendly, although the room was not very clean. The towels had stains and I saw a tiny cockroach in the bathroom. There were only few pieces of facial tissues, so we had to ask for more. The water pressure is very good, with hot and cold working properly. The food is average but a little expensive. The pool area is cozy and relaxing. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

I had a really lovely stay at Quest Hotel in Cebu. Everything felt easy and comfortable—from the clean, cozy room to the friendly staff who were always ready to help with a smile. The location was super convenient, which made exploring the city hassle-free. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel relaxed right away, and I’d definitely stay there again.
