Hotel reception was locked the entire time, no one is physically there. When you arrive, you will have to call a number posted on the door to open a lock box to retrieve your hotel key. There are 4-5 number options and it took 20 minutes to try each one and find someone who will pick up. In the room, there was a hole in one of the mattresses and the wire mesh from inside the mattress dug into my back while I slept. The toilet leaked and caused flooding in the bathroom while the shower was on. The shower curtain was stained and very dirty. The room had a musty smell.

Apart from being close to the train station, this hotel is not much better than finding a park bench. The room is tiny, the bathroom is even smaller without lights (not installed) in the shower, the bed is uncomfortable, I was on the third floor with no elevator, the reception was not open and I had to call a number (the third number listed)… awful experience

The location is great for the Hbf, but this is an aparthotel masquerading as a real hotel. There is no reception, check-in involves trying 4 phone numbers stuck on the front door repeatedly until someone answers and gives you the code to your room's lockbox. In my case that took about 10 calls and 20 minutes of frustration building. I had no bedlamp, so reading by the bright overhead was challenging. The bathroom was small but serviceable, the shower had decent pressure and temperature.

The room we got was in the basement, all the way downstairs, and the bathroom was shared and located outside the room. This was not mentioned in the listing, and it also didn’t say that the room was in the basement. For one night, it was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. The room had a very strong insecticide smell, which was quite unpleasant and felt somewhat toxic. We didn’t see any bugs, but the smell was noticeable throughout our stay. The check-in process was fine, but make sure to call ahead, as that’s required to complete the check-in. The room was also very cold. Overall, acceptable for a short one-night stay, but not ideal for anything longer.

this place is not a hotel. the room didn’t have a bathroom there was one toilet in the basement. the reception is never on duty besides 1hr per day. once we got them to show up and let us in they left right away. many guests showed up later in the day and we were the only people at the entire establishment and had to tell them reception had already left for the day. this was at 2pm. they left us the keys to the entire place and just went home after they told us we had to come for check in at 2:15pm or they would not be there.

A very convenient small clean guesthouse right in the center, very close to the train station. Despite this, it is on a quiet and safe street, with all the infrastructure nearby, from cafes to a large supermarket.

There is no one working at this hotel, there was no one when i arrived and no one when i left in the morning. When you arrive you need to call a local phone number, the issue is when you have an e-sim (data only) you can't make local calls, i had to chat online with hotels.com and have them contact the hotel as i waited in my car. Never understood the parking instructions so i left it in the street.

Comfortable and spacious room really close to the station, nearny St Georg where there are loads of lovely restaurants and cafes. 15 min walk from the Rathaus so loads to see on the doorstep. The hotel was clean but we didn't see any staff whilst we were there, so had the same issue as others with check in, but fortunately we didn't have to wait too long for an answer on the phone when we called to check in at the door. We'd have preferred to see someone at reception simply because we had a broken light bulb that never got fixed, though we did send a few emails. Overall, good value for money but do be prepared for a little momentary anxiousness on arrival when no one answers the doorbell
