Ging We only had one day to experience Mandarava due to our busy schedule, but it was more than enough to realize how special this place is — largely thanks to Ging. I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely wanted to share this. On our last day, we had to check out earlier than expected because we booked a last-minute tour. Even after we checked out, Ging kindly helped us arrange a shower reservation and assisted with storing and retrieving our luggage multiple times — all with the warmest attitude and not a single sign of inconvenience. Mandarava should be proud to have someone like Ging. As international travelers in a completely new environment, being taken care of — from charging a tablet to reserving a shower room to managing our luggage — made everything feel comfortable and welcoming. It was truly a wonderful experience that made our short stay memorable.

Good experience. I love the big balcony, just watch out for mosquito. It's not pricey, price matches the value. From a frequent phuket Travellers. But not for elders and babies coz of the steep stairs and hills. One star minus is because I feel the bed is quite hard. Not so comfortable and soft enough

super wonderful experience right from the moment we stepped into the lobby. staff were super friendly and accommodating. u will feel like a king or queen here. try to request for a 2nd floor room if possible as the balcony view will be more sick.
