Fantastic

Solo stay

Great value for money hotel. The staff were fantastic, and only willing to help. Will stay there again if i return to Phnom Penh.

The staff were great, the entrance to the hotel is up 6 steep steps, but they rushed out to assist. We were on the 2nd fllor but oddly when getting off the elevator we had to go down one floor to our room, the pool was great as was the lobby, the room though the phone didnt work, there were no slipper, no security on the door no peep hole, we asked for two more pillows but were told we could only have one more

Solo stay

The staff at the front desk is super nice, helping me to take the luggage to the room & showed me how to use the doorkey & other device in the room. Great location. The room is small though.

Small rooms, smelly hallways and elevator. Had an unpleasant stay. The current state of the hotel did not match the reviews. However the staff was accommodating.

Clean and secure location. world class services. Staff are amazing, always going extra mile to support guests even to those arrogant, uneducated and impolite clients (shame on those travellers that think money can buy all)
