Stayed with kids

Super convenient location, especially on rainy days, with direct access to Grand Central Station. The lobby is beautiful, and the elevators are quick and efficient. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they are still comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely return.

The only good thing about this hotel is location. You are paying for convenience and its location. Rooms are old and Outdated and falling apart. Cleanliness is not good either. Like I mentioned before location is a 10/10 and it’s very convenient to get around from hotel to City. Subways and Metro North, Long Island Railroad all close to get to hotel from JFK because it’s located at Grand Central Station.

For whatever reason there was trash in the wastebaskets in the room but the room was otherwise clean. The people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful but the person at the market/convenience shop was super rude. AC wasn’t particularly cold but it helped cool off the room. AMAZING location!
