location was great, price affordable. my only problem were the 2 cockroaches found in the room within my first 4 hrs of checking in. told them about it and they offered to spray the room instead of changing it.

love the location of this hotel. Good service as well. literally beside Emsphere, got nearby convenience store. very spacious room. has elevator, sauna, and pool. no deposit needed. can easily book a Grab ride. got a nearby BTS as well (Phrom Phong station).

rooms were good. worth the penny as it’s in city centre location near a mall. staff service can be improved with more guidance to the guests. Suggest to keep pamphlets etc to help guests go around.
