Fantastic

Room, 1 King Bed, Terrace, Ocean View · 2 Adults · 4 Nights

There was an initial error in the type of room type assigned versus what I had actually booked. Klook customer service was not effective at solving this issue upon immediate contact. However, the hotel management provided such correction and otherwise went out of their way to ensure I had an excellent stay.
