Below average Please don’t book this until you see it in person. What you see on the picture is when hotel fresh built, it now really falling apart, nasty, the shower is broken. I asked the front desk to change my room, they said they don’t have available rooms.

Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room.
The location is perfect, close to Metro station and Kizilay Square. Lots of food options. Very safe to walk around during the night.

In my experience, the hotel was not provided us good service. We were traveling with 2 infants and we couldn't get heat and room was so cold.
