Great

The renovation completed inside the room was very nicely thought out with the space available. The bathroom was especially modern, clean and had big shower. The two queen beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes. I would have enjoyed an ice machine, snack machine and a coffee maker with better choices of coffee with creamer. The motel is so close to SPAC which was a huge plus. The lack of an office or staff at a desk was odd, but we were helped by a very friendly guy in an adjoining room. Remember to read the notices on the office door if you miss the emails. Parking was plentiful.

Checked in on a Saturday at night. No staff available. Keykess door lock with code - only half the numbers on the pad lit up. Then we entered the room to find that none - literally none of the lights would turn on. The phone number that was in the motel's email messages was not in service. I sent 2 emails - neither was responded to. Additionally, the phone number posted on the door of the office did not connect. In addition to no lights, the TV did not work and the air conditioner blew only warm air. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, mini fridge worked well. But I am highly dissatisfied with our stay. If I were able to get in touch with any staffI would ask for a partial rebate. I think I deserve that.

AC unit was covered in grime, barely worked. Wi-fi didnt work. Reached out for help and was hung up on (no one on property to assist), sent a message to text line for help, hours later was given another network name and password. Neither connected, sent another message and was never answered. No accessible outlets, had to unplug the TV to charge phones. Bedside lamp did not have a lightbulb. Only positive was the cloud-like bed and impossibly cozy blankets. Glad the stay was just an overnight.

Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one worker on the last day. All the reviews are lies.

They were unavailable by phone, text and email when we were trying to check in. We filled out their form, we’re told what room we were booked in, then never received the passcode. We have to stay now in a cot in our friends hotel room because we are literally stranded in a city with no housing. We expect a full refund. We have communicated that to them and expect Travelocity to support us in getting the full refund. Absolutely unacceptable that they book rooms and can not be bothered to answer any communication over a 3 hour time period at check in time.

Room was cozy, no sheets for the bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Fridge and TV, the wifi wasn’t working but made do. Can’t beat the price.

This place is a scam. After confirming on Friday Sept 5th, I arrived at 4:45 pm. No cars in the entire place, fencing around most of it. Note on the door stating to call this number- no one answered, no way to leave a message. Text was not returned. SOO- we had no place to stay! Disputing this with hotels.com. When they call the motel- the motel reports " an emergency " happened and will be closed until Sept 10th. Why wasn't this explained that night? I call BS- I think this place is closed and scammed us.
