Great stay and hotel. Good distance to Burnham Park and Session Road. However, our breakfast was served 30-45 minutes late even though we had a pre-breakfast order the previous night.

i would like to commend the staffs and cleanliness of the rooms are top notch the only thing that they need to improve is the wifi internet due to intermittent connection and the food at the breakfast because they repeat the menu everyday. wifi connection : 7/10 breakfast:8/10 service:10/10 cleanliness:10/10

Fantastic

Executive Queen 路 2 Adults 路 5 Nights

the hotel was really nice and the staff really friendly, only thing is that we felt like we had to beg for the complimentery coffee each day and to restock the 2 soda that was in the fridge, this should be automatic each day when room cleaning. Another is i felt the restaurant side they were not very accommodating to slight changes on the menu and had to get our own utensil at times, coffee is really good. felt also the staff didnt seem eager to serve at times or not complete the full service. over all it was a good experience
