Clean place with beautiful place. Nice breakfast. Parking at the premises is expensive though.

The 2 ladies who were working the breakfast area on Saturday 6/20/26 were phenomenal! The staff elsewhere was kind and the building is beautiful and in a great location. However the room looked clean but you could tell it was rushed through. The sheets appeared to be smoothed over and other areas that I always wipe down were dusty. Crumbs or seeds were in the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. But other than that great location and nice hotel

The parking is horrible. You can't get into the garage until you check in and there's always people sitting in cars by the doors where you can park to check in, so there's no where to park. If you have two people, you can drive around while the other checks in. One lady sat in her car for at least 20 minutes waiting to pick up an employee of the hotel. She was not a guest checking in.
On the last day, I took my water bottle to the water station that has lemon in it and was rudely informed by a lady whom I assume works at the hotel. She was standing at the desk talking to the check in people and she informed me that I should use the water fountain to fill my water bottle. I did use the fountain the day before and the water tasted like dirt.
The rooms are very nice and spacious and pretty clean. I've stayed here a few times and have decided it's just more trouble than it's worth. I really like that it's right next to the river though.

GoodStayed with family · For friends and family
It was a mixed bag during our recent stay. The room was spacious, but the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush and of course there were no maintenance people on duty to fix it. We were offered a different room that didn’t have a river view, but no refund for the extra price we paid, so that was very disappointing service. Fortunately the toilet issue was repaired (not sure by whom) while we went to eat dinner, so it ultimately didn’t matter.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. The mixed fruit was sitting in a bowl of water/juice and wasn’t very fresh. Donut holes were dry and tasteless. Bagels were acceptable, and the apples and oranges were good, along with yogurts and juice. The egg selections were mislabeled, so I didn’t even try them.
But the worst part for us were the weddings being held on the patio/courtyard area for 3 nights in a row! Not only was the area unusable by guests, but the music was blasting for hours making it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet, much less sleep, until after 11 pm when “quiet hours” went into effect. This was 3 nights in a row - Friday, Saturday and Sunday!! Had we known this when we checked in, we likely would have requested a refund and found someplace else to stay. It was that disturbing. Also, parking was a mess!
Other than that, the hotel was clean and in a great location with a dog park right across the street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoy strolling along the river path, but only during the day.
