Overall, the room was clean and well maintained, and I have no complaints regarding cleanliness. However, it felt too small for four people. My impression was that it was originally designed for two guests, with additional beds added later, making the room quite cramped and uncomfortable.
I was also disappointed with the breakfast. For €10.50 per person, I expected a wider variety of options. The selection was very limited, consisting mainly of a croissant, bread with butter, juice, and coffee. In my opinion, the breakfast does not offer good value for the price charged.

FantasticSolo stay
You can't beat the location and price. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the public beach. So much choice for places to eat and drink. It does get lively late at night nearby but it didn't disturb me.
This is my third visit and this room was my favourite yet (11) even though the loo is an electric one - took some getting used to.
It was on the 3rd floor and despite being on the front, it was quiet.
There is complimentary water on arrival, shower gel, spare loo rolls so I didn't need any supplies restocked. The towels were soft.
The shower had two heads (the overhead waterfall one wasn't great so I used the smaller one as it was powerful).
Pastis restaurant (underneath / next door) had closed permanently and they were renovating but again, that didn't cause an issue as it wasn't too early.
I will definitely return and recommend.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the public beach, so it's well placed. It's a bit older, but has air conditioning and a lot of charm. The staff was friendly.
Because it's right near the shore, there were a lot of dining options very close by, as well as open markets. And it's about a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Great The hotel is in a good location close to everything . It’s spacious and clean enough. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is quite big for European standards. The only down side is no fridge in the room

This was my second stay and hopefully I will return next year because the location is perfect for me. The staff really are 5 star - incredibly friendly and helpful. It's still a competitive rate in Cannes and I truly appreciate that they haven't over priced it.
