I didn’t mind this location, it’s not the best yet not the worst either. Staff was really nice, I always bring my own bedding when I go to cheap rooms. My biggest complaint there has to be the ice machine was broken! Other than that I would come here again if I needed to.

The air didn't work very hot. Couldn't sleep at all with all the noise on the roof or next door. We left at 6:30 am. Just to go home. Not worth it. Only 2 cars parked. We asked for a ground level floor and they said no. Put us 9n the 3rd floor. They said there's an elevator but I hate close spaces. So all in al. Would never stay there again.

It was an older motel. Room was clean. It has what you need for the stay. It’s close to downtown Huntington Beach about 10 minutes away. It had what needed for our stay. Our trip was last minute, so it served its purpose.

The hotel owner who checked us in was well aware that we had a service dog, along with two adults and a child. However, in the morning, when we took the dog to the grassy area bordering the property, she began screaming at our group, claiming that we weren't guests and that pets not even service dogs were allowed to relieve themselves there. Even after acknowledging that it was a service dog, she continued to insist that our dog pooping was a problem, despite our clear efforts to clean up after it. When I asked her how she could claim to be ADA compliant while yelling at us for walking our dog in a shared grass area along a public walkway, she threw her hands up and walked away. I am requesting a full refund and will be reporting her to the ADA for a violation. I can’t believe I paid $300 for one night at a place with a hotel owner, who clearly doesn’t know the definition of hospitality or her legal obligations as a hotel owner. Absolutely disgraceful never stay here.

The lady at the front desk named Rosa , was rude asfuck right away she just started bitchin about the rules no this ‘no that an just her demeanor an tone of voice was not very nice, the hotel it’s self is a nice place nothing special an the price wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t recommend because the manager or whatever she is does not have a ‘people skill, she shouldn’t work in customer service *

No air conditioning in our room for 3 nights and it was terrible. We asked to change rooms and was told that they were booked and could only give us another room but we had to pay extra. There was maybe 5 cars in the parking lot and two of them were mine and my parents so no way all the rooms were booked. Come saturday which was July 4th and 2 days after we checked in, it finally did get busy but they still could have switched us before everyone arrived or discounted the other room so we weren't miserable in ours but the older lady was no help. We had to go to the store and buy a fan because it was so hot. It definitely was miserable and the ice machine was out so we had to keep buying ice to keep our drinks cold because they just kept melting. Not a good experience and won't be staying here again.
