Stayed with kids

Valley views were amazing. Meals were good. Staff was especially friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed playing with their pets. My kids loved playing darts in the lobby. Since it was low season, I felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. There's not much around the immediate vicinity, but you can take an inexpensive Grab to the village in the valley or walk down if you don't mind walking back up.

We loved the views at the property! Being right beside the rice fields and staying in little bungalows built out of bamboos was such a unique experience. Staff was really friendly and so helpful. We would recommend staying here.

My daughter was traveling solo and had an amazing experience in Sapa. It was the highlight of her trip to Vietnam and Eco Palms House exceeded her expectations.

Our stay was most memorable. The team at Eco Palms House was over the top fantastic. Nam and Be were oustanding in accommodating every need. Complements to the chef who perpared our meals. We found ourselves enjoying the meals at Eco Palms House as one of the best restaurants in Sapa. Definitely a must stay.

A perfect stay in beautiful Sapa...I overlooking the valley every morning was spectacular. The Family host were very accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious and options were offered. A high recommendation for a 5 star homestay! My choice away from the City for an enjoyable experience!

Unpleasant and Unfair Experience – Please Be Cautious The day before checkout, we experienced a very uncomfortable situation. We arrived late at night and clearly remember the room had two body towels and only one hand towel. The bathroom has only a hand shower and water splashes everywhere, so my husband handed me the two body towels outside the bathroom to keep them dry, and at that moment he clearly noticed there was only one hand towel provided. The next morning, after checking out early for a tour, staff accused us of losing a hand towel and demanded payment. We refused, as we did not lose or take anything. They checked all our bags in front of us, and we even offered to go to the police to inspect our luggage. Despite this, the accusation continued until the owner intervened, apologised, and resolved the issue. We immediately reported this incident to Expedia. We were told the hotel has had previous issues with missing hand towels and that this was mentioned at check-in. Because of this, we were extremely careful with all items, which makes the accusation even more concerning. The room was also **cleaned twice in one day**, which may have caused staff error or miscommunication. We usually stay at small hotels to support local businesses, but this incident ruined our day and negatively affected our experience in Sapa. Advice: Take photos or a short video of the room and provided items upon arrival and after housekeeping to avoid unfair accusations.

Spotleess and beautiful. I will come back to this place. You can see the rice fields from the rooms and the staff is great. The decorations and the atmosphere of this place are a delight. Great food, beakfast was included and was amazing. We had dinner and was the best food in Vietnam. Highly recommend this place. It’s about 10 minutes from Sapa’s down town but it’s a great place if you want to relax. A taxi can charge you less than 10 dólares to take you to Sapa’s downtown. Great getaway for peace and connection.
