Solo stay

For the price, the room was perfect for what I needed. Everything was clean, towels were provided & there was a fridge inside the room. However, my room was next to the front door & reception so I heard everyone coming / going & could even hear the reception staff talking to the cleaner. They provided free ear plugs but some people were super loud coming home around 0100hrs.

That entrance is scary, and so is the street the hotel is in. It's close and walkable distance to most important places, including Wawel. Room is ok. clean, but mattresses are very thing and my windows was broken and wouldn't lock. I'd recommend this hotel, but not if you're a solo woman traveling.

Great place to stay. Didn’t feel too old for a hostel, private room with en suite was super comfortable and clean. Kitchens to use were well equipped with free tea, coffee, milk and cereal. Great easy instructions on how to get room keys on arrival etc and fantastic location to base yourself in krakow. Highly recommend as great value for money.

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, our room was in the third floor and we had a heavy luggage. I called customer service and finally they agreed to change the room to the first floor. It was nice as there is no one at the hotel to help carry the luggage upstairs. The room was clean with private bathroom. Each floor has shared kitchen with coffee and tea, so it was nice to have a coffee in the morning. I would stay there again for the price I paid, but only floor 0-1.

I booked a private room here. The walls are paper thin, and children were running around the halls at night and blasting music at 7am. No staff is on sight at night, so there was nobody to complain to about the noise. This place is terrible, and only worth staying in if you're a young traveler looking to arty and not sleep
