Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle.

Great

Stayed with family · For friends and family

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The location is the worst place rendering the experience being unsatisfactory. On the website they stated about shuttle bus services to the nearest town and after enquiry it turns out the shuttle service is only for the beach. Using local taxi services was very expensive and something we were not expecting. Breakfast was great, but the rooms had a sewage smell that the friendly staff couldn't get rid of and they were fully booked so they were unable to relocate us to a different room. With young family I will not revisit this hotel as location and amenities don't suite our needs

Nice hotel but definitely not 5 star. Breakfast selection was small. The pool was nice but facilities were limited. The rooms were small and the AC did not work properly.

Nice pool area and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets - thought the room was well sized but a pretty dirty carpet let it down

The villa was convenient and spacious, they had daily housekeeping and the private pool made it that extra relaxing. All amenities were fully stocked and water bottles were provided by the case. Amazing staff and so friendly. Loved our stay.

We had an excellent time, loved the hotel and the staff were very helpful. The lady who runs the outside pool area is wonderful, as are the life guards, both work very hard to find loungers for you and ensure you have a good time. We stayed in a villa which was nice and peaceful. We would like to visit again

Beautiful hotel. Rooms so spacious and spotlessly cleaned. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The perfect week spent here.
