Place was nice and convenient to stay. The breakfast was yummy (plus points they gave us extra fruits and croissants). Aircon does not function well.

Pham Gia Hotel in Hoi An is a good budget-friendly option for travelers. The location is convenient — not too far from Hoi An Ancient Town and close to local restaurants and small shops. The room was simple but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Air-conditioning worked well, which is very important in Hoi An’s warm weather. The bed was decent, and basic amenities were provided. The staff were polite and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. It’s not a luxury hotel, but if you’re looking for an affordable and practical place to stay while exploring Hoi An, this is a solid choice.

great place to stay. location wise for tourist spots. also very cheap and nice swimming pool no strong smell of chlorine. If you’re planning to travel in Hoi An, please choose this place, i highly recommend.

I highly recommend this villa because of its location and facilities. I stayed at room 101 and I really love the ambiance and has a balcony with greener plants. This is located in the old town and very accessible to all the tourists spots around Hoi An. I even walk going to Hoai river from the villa. Vy, their staff is the only one who speaks English and very approachable. She guided me with all the information and she even gave me a map.
