We stayed here for a week. I first want to say, the staff was AMAZING!! From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone went above and beyond with everything. It made us feel welcome and like we were more than just customers. The hotel is next to a mall and within walking distance of another one. I think it was in a great location. I never waited more than 2 mins for an Uber.
The downside is that the place could use a sprucing up. A refresh and the building would give a larger hotel a run for its money. The cleaning staff needs to put trash bags in the can. I never understood why she never did, but I will say she was kind, thoughtful, respectful, and didn't mind helping out when asked.
If I visited Kenya again, I would stay there

Located at a quiet neighborhood near two malls, Sarit Center and Westgate. Everyone working there, that we met, was incredibly warm. I loved the breakfast and the kindness of Peninah Wanjiru. She made sure our stay was superb! Thanks

Been a loyal guest here but this visit was the worst ever. Windows issue, TV issue, endless construction noise, sink clogging issue, housekeeping a nightmare-very slow to respond, had to ask them to change bedsheets after finding out they just spread the bed, had to buy our own bottled waters and toilet rolls first half of stay as housekeeping didn't care to supply anything, poor communication having been locked out of room after being assured stay was extended then at checkout alleged dinner charge yet never ate there. What happened to Landmark? Very disappointed this time and may not return.

Friendly helpful staff. Very good location next door to Westgate Mall and about 3 blocks from Sarit Center Mall so excellent access to shopping and IT support like SIM cards. Room was ok - firm king size bed but rather sparse for furniture but staying in the room was not the priority of the visit. Breakfast was good - à la cart for my first three mornings but buffet for the forth morning. Sadly they had no yogurt available (despite being on the options card) but the coffee was very good. Helpful with arranging airport pickup for after midnight arrival and checkin. Very decent value for money for this hotel.

We stayed at Landmark Suites in Nairobi while attending a wedding and unfortunately our experience was awful.
From the moment we arrived there were issues with the room. It was not properly cleaned and had a strong unpleasant odor when we checked in. The bathroom mirror was cracked all the way through and the bathroom light did not work, which meant I had to get ready in the hallway instead of the bathroom.
One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. During our entire stay we were never able to have a warm shower, the water was consistently cold.
Several other guests from our wedding group experienced serious plumbing problems as well. Both my parents and cousins showers would not drain properly, leaving several inches of standing water while showering, and the bathroom floors flooded after each shower.
Another common complaint among our group was the lack of basic towels. Many of us were staying in multi-bedroom suites (two or even three bedrooms), yet the rooms were provided with only one or two bath towels total. There were no hand towels or face towels available, which was very inconvenient for larger groups sharing a suite.
Our room was advertised as having a full kitchen, but there were no utensils, plates, glasses, or basic kitchen items provided to actually use it.
There were also problems with room access. The door latch automatically locked when the door closed, and one evening when we returned around midnight with our 4-year-old and 7-year-old, we we
