I stayed at Walker Hotel Sanchong for 8 days. Overall, the hotel is very accessible and convenient, especially with easy access to public transportation. The free breakfast was also a nice bonus during my stay. However, there were a few downsides. The soundproofing seems quite weak, and I was quite conscious during my stay because I could hear—and apparently be heard by—other guests. One night, I even received a call from another guest saying I was being noisy, even though I was alone in the room and just working at that time. It made the situation a bit uncomfortable. The internet connection was also not very stable, so I had to rely on my unlimited mobile data for work. On my first day, I also noticed a slight cigarette smell in the room or hallway. Despite these issues, the hotel is still practical and budget-friendly, and it works well for short to medium stays because of its convenient location and accessibility.

Had a really great stay at Walker Hotel Sanchong! The hotel is actually affordable compared to many hotels in Taiwan, but the place was surprisingly nice, clean, and well-maintained. Definitely worth the price. Our room was very spacious and clean, and we even had a beautiful city view which made the stay more relaxing. The bed was huge and super comfortable, perfect for 2 people already. We also loved that the room had a bathtub, which was a great way to relax after exploring Taiwan all day. The hotel also offers free breakfast, and the food was really delicious. Another thing we liked was the free juice and coffee available 24 hours, which was very convenient anytime we wanted a drink or coffee break. They also offered us an upgrade to a bigger room with an additional fee, but honestly, we didn’t need it anymore because our room and bed were already so big and comfortable. Overall, the hotel was very convenient, cozy, affordable, and worth it. Highly recommended for travelers!

The hotel was very nice because of the free buffet breakfast. they have complimentary coffee and water. they have fridge. veey accsible just 1 ride bus to Ximending. overall we are very satisfied. cleanliness:10 service:9 hotel location:9 transport access:9

I stayed in a room for a few nights. The room price in weekdays was very affordable for a private double bedroom with bathroom and lots of facilities. The room was clean, I like all aspects that the room offers. Only a slightly smell of likely mold was a bit annoying. I was not very sure if the smell came from mold. The price included the breakfast. The breakfast was very very good. There were a lot of choices and dishes, rice, bread etc.

English speaking receptionist makes so easier communication plus free breakfast buffet saves a lot for us on our stay in taiwan.
