It was a lovely stay. reception desk staff were very efficient, friendly. I was helped by Zakarya who greeted me with a smile, made me feel welcome and helped me with an amazing timely manners. the concierge staff were lovely, polite and helped me with my luggage with a lovely smile. thank you for making my stay in Dubai extra special.
