Good value, only thing I didn't like was 3rd floor for fireplace. A walk up, but I knew that going in. I'd say above average for price range.

Stayed with family

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Weather was perfect and I was able to open the window in the room when I was there. Arbor Inn is 5 to 10 minutes drive from multiple attractions and 20 minutes from Carmel. Great location and value.

Solo stay

Great stay, room was extremely clean and the property was adorable but just beware that the property is very loud and you will hear everything from the outside in your room. Specifically in the room right next to the lobby, I heard everything from the garbage truck at 4 in the morning to people yelling and stomping checking in at 3 AM. It would be nice if management put up a sign to acknowledge quiet hours, but otherwise I know this is not managements fault but if you are looking for an extremely quiet place then this is not your hotel.

This is a nice clean little hotel at a reasonable price! Perfectly fit our needs for two days in Monterey! Rooms were very clean and front desk. Staff was very nice. Free parking and handy to everything we needed! I would stay here again! No breakfast, but it was perfect for our needs!
