Perfect hotel for our first time in Sorrento. Well positioned. Genuine, warm and friendly staff. Room lovely and clean. Air con was quiet and cold which was very welcome. Breakfast was delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Both Josephine and Mariana were the kindest and sweetest souls and truly made our trip memorable. Maison Il Conservatorio is a remarkable destination that delivers on every level—design, comfort, service, and cuisine. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Sorrento Italy.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to the lift, many restaurants, and shopping centers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay here and could not recommend it more. Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent service with some of the most down to earth, nice staff. The breakfast was delicious and we ate there every morning of our stay. It is right in the city center so walkable to everything. Highly recommend!!!

I think this is one of those places that when you using a booking portal like Hotels.com they treat you different. I chose this hotel because my sister and brother in law stayed there a couple of weeks prior and raved about it.... Things that we didn't like: First before anything they should give instructions on getting up to the hotel from the port and that there is a lift to take you up there, we lugged a suitcase up multiple sets of stairs. The staff were nice enough but when they took us to our room that was very dungenous feeling and I asked if we get something with a view, we would have taken smaller, they said no. First night there was banging and noise from 4am on, primarily because right outside our door was the cleaning crew's closet and we were right up against the entrance. This went on until well after 6am. The bed was awful, it made loud creaking sounds anytime either my husband or I rolled over or got out of bed. This was just a "wish" but we told them at check in that Thursday was my birthday and so I just thought it would have been nice for them to give us the extra hour we asked for at checkout but they refused. Things that we liked: The location was fantastic! it was close to the lift to the port and was far enough from the massive crowds down the main drag. Mariana in the kitchen for breakfast was so sweet and kind each morning we were there. I loved that there was a bathtub. Ultimately the cons outweighed the pros
