hotel is nice and posh, location is good, right beside many luxury malls and the west lake. of course I had the west lake view from the room. minus one star because the rooms had smoking smell. the previous guest smoked in the room and they couldn’t remove the smell. they changed another room for me and it had smoke smell also. the hotel should seriously enforce the no smoking rule. I had a small kid with me and it’s irritating to be sleeping in the room full of cigarette lingering smell. now my bags and clothes all smelt of cigarettes too. staffs were nice and professional so I won’t fault them on that.
