Fantastic
Our room was large and very clean. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was very nice in particular with the rain shower. We appreciate the free bottles of water every day. Very friendly staff who would chat with you. The hotel's location is perfect for getting to everything, Centraal station, Grand Place, the palace, museums, etc. We also did day trips to Ghent and Brugge very easily.

Stayed with family

The gentleman who checked us in printed out an entire walking map/itinerary for us to follow and enjoy the highlights of Grand Place that evening since we were leaving the next morning. Our room was clean and spacious, the shower was amazing, and the robe and slippers were the icing on the cake.

Solo stay

This is a terrific hotel. The rooms are clean and modern, the shower is excellent, and the location is perfect. A 2 minute walk from on the central train station. The staff is truly amazing and could not be more helpful. My only complaint is the breakfast is rather disappointing. I would stay here anytime.

Stayed with family

Great location within a 1000 feet of Central train station and a few blocks from historic city center. There was a lot of road construction in the area which might be hard for someone arriving by car, but our room was quiet and we did not hear traffic or road work. The rooms were modern and spacious. The only difficult part was finding the actual entrance. It’s not well marked and the door is locked. You have to ring a bell for entry on your arrival. Once checked in, your room key opens the door.
