The hotel is a gem for the price, the rooms are very small with no storage whatsoever, but the staff is fantastic, the hotel is very clean and very central to everything to see in SF

Even though we booked “housekeeping daily” in 5 nights our room was cleaned only twice. The breakfast is really not good at all. Maintaining the breakfast room is clearly not a priority. One of two elevators didn’t work for three days. The hotel is one block from skid row, if you are not accustomed to urban environments, you might consider staying at a different hotel.

Tiny rooms but great location. Everything was clean and modern looking. Staff was available, but self check in kiosk worked fine. Security by the door made for a little extra comfort since it’s located right on market street. If location is what you need, and you won’t be spending much time in the room, this is a great option.

Great staff, facility, and vibe. There could have been a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning/upkeep of furniture (spotting etc.) but overall a good stay.
