location is good. next to seven eleven. can go to nishiki market by walking. near to bus station and many stores for shopping. staff is very helpful for the luggage transfer to our hotel in tokyo.

Great location! Just a few steps from the train station, with the bus station right in front of a convenience store. Rooms are more spacious than the typical Japan setting and come with complete amenities. The staff are helpful, and check-in and check-out are smooth. Easy to walk to shops like Muji, GU, Uniqlo, and Don Quijote, plus several nearby markets and restaurants. Very convenient stay and will definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect central location. My previous hotels in Japan were similar to this, basic enough but this hotel has extra comfort and an extra 2m/2 than the other basic room so it definitely made our stay better!

The hotel was clean, and very good amenities (provide toiletries and pjs that you grab from the lobby). Gold star service from the hotel staff - very accommodating for requests I made such as folding up the sofa bed for me - I stepped out to the nearby shops for a bit and when I got back it was already done. The staff also helped us book a van taxi for our luggage to the next airbnb since they couldn't ship luggage via yamato transport to a place that doesn't have a front desk. They also helped me book a sight seeing train from Osaka to Koyasan as well - the staff member went above and beyond and even wrote down the information on a piece of paper and explained all the details.
