Hotel and room itself are good. staff were friendly. my main concern was that I am travelling by motorcycle. Only cats can use the parking. in the end I paid and extra 1000yen to park in an alley next the the actual car park. not good enough. Other hotels are able to accommodate bikes in the carpark and often at no extra fee
