Hotel du Mont Dore

Star ratings are based on Klook's overview of the property's information (such as services and facilities included, etc.), and are for reference only

The room was super clean, Ac was great especially in the heatwave, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned daily, toilet was well equipped and very clean. There was even an elevator which was also a bonus. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel which was very convenient, and the surrounding area overall is lovely with so many restaurants and not far from attractions. The baby crib lacked a mattress, blankets were put instead.. The ONLY thing that prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating was the deposit they take upon booking. The property says it’s a ‘pay nothing now’ reservation but once I booked they took 200$ from my card as a ‘preauthorization’ that they don’t warn you about, and it has been 3 weeks since checkout and it hasn’t been returned yet but they said they ‘released it’ and to be patient.. you can take a deposit but we should be warned before reserving a ‘pay at the property booking’.

Nearest Metro is a long walk from the Hotel, especially if you have a disability.

Small but clean room with A/c. Need to use parking at some distant 20 mins

Friendly staff ,near the metro ,room Was basic but fine for the 2 nights

Hair in the shower and stained towels.

Really nice hotel. Really good location for the metro but also a really nice selection of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel is really well designed and while our room was on the smaller side it was really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also nice and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. At a push, my only bit of feedback would be that it would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room but that is minor and definitely wouldn’t stop me going back to this hotel next time we are in Paris.

The room was clean, and all the staff members were very friendly and did their best to communicate with us despite the language barrier.

It was a good stay. Value for money.

It was a great stay, and I’ll be coming back again.

Simple rooms, small but sufficient- great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice breakfast with great variety and well priced
