Great location, helpful staff. Hotel is very dated, No plugs near the bed.

room carpet needs a good cleaning or replacement. Smells dirty. Terrible shower gel whose stuck-on shower dispenser fell off at 0400 one morning. I believe it had occured previously since there was no shampoo provided even though there was a spot to place it on the shower dispenser apparatus. (they must have learned that the bracket would not support additional weight of shampoo) On the positive: good location on the edge of old town with public transport a very short walk. restaurants and grocery stores next door and across the street. Relatively quiet location set off the street. Didn't use the breakfast, but did not look like anything other than basic. Staff was generally helpful, but not noteworthy. Price was reasonable for its location, but I would chose another hotel next time.

Great location to see all the sights of Bergen. Staff were exceedingly helpful.

This is my 3rd stay- very convenient to t gf e old town, easy access to transport and the ferry zdock, great breakfast, nice room . All at: a winner!

I was in Talinn for a short period of time. This hotel was great and centrally located.

The hallway carpet is quite old making the property seem dated. The mattress also seemed worn. The shower curtain has no weight at the bottom so tends to stick to the body during the shower. However, the location is excellent for getting into Old Town and for accessing the tram. The staff is helpful and the breakfast quite good. I have stayed there many times for the location - just wish they would freshen the place.

The location is fantastic. It’s in the old town but close to the modern city as well. I walked everywhere except to and from the airport. I didn’t need much from the hotel. Didn’t go to breakfast but appreciated having a kettle in the room. My room was tiny and so was the bathroom but there was hot water is the shower. I fell in love with Tallinn!

Ok... first when you are trying to locate the property... it's not on the main street.... there's a sign... but you need to walk into the parking area... there you'll see the lobby doors. Other then that... my stay was great... the staff was very nice and informative. Would definitely stay here again... location is great for old Town. Thanks Bern!!
