Simple but would stay again! Very quiet - didn't hear anything from people next door or in corridor which was good in Berlin because people will be coming home late. You did however hear the cars and sirens outside. Room was very clean albeit quite outdated (old carpet). Quite limited shelf space, especially in the bathroom which led to me keeping my toiletries on the floor. Also very limited wardrobe space + no shelves for clothes. Shower pressure was good but temperature fluctuated between hot and cold a bit. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great - very fresh food! Had a selection of English breakfast options + fruits + lots of different bread + cheeses and hams + pancakes + yoghurt. They even had smoked salmon one morning. Beware you probably have to pay additional tourist tax. I wasn't aware of this - came up to about £25 extra for 2 nights (I was one person).

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff. They allowed us to extend our checkout by 2 hrs at no extra cost. Good central location. Rooms comfortable with coffee machine in addition to kettle! Would recommend.

The location and the staff were great. The amenities included air-conditioning and it was not operational. This was one of the main reasons I booked this room as it was a heat wave

I had a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly; however, unwilling to help me when the air conditioner went out during very hot weather. Not sure I’d stay again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very quiet which is not that common! Great breakfast. Excellent location for Alexanderplatz and local restaurants.

The room was lovely, very quiet. The only downfall was that we were there for 3 nights and they did not service our room. We had to ask for clean towels and a refresh of tea bags.
