I'd totally stay here again on my next trip to Japan! The free breakfast and skincare goodies were a game-changer! Plus, the staff were super accommodating. When I had a minor mishap in Japan and needed help, they were there for me without hesitation. Bonus points: the hotel's conveniently located near two stations, Kayabacho and Suitengumae.
