cleanliness: We found some hair strands on the sofa which means the room was not clean. The hotel staff should improve cleaning the room before the time of check in.

Mountain Deluxe Queen Room - Non-Smoking · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

Bed and pillows are so comfortable. The room is big and clean. The resort fee is so expensive, we didn’t even use the pool. There’s no drinking water. You need to buy it. The quality of their soap and shampoo are so inferior. We can hear the noise from the adjacent room. The location is good. Overall, the room itself is so nice and comfortable.
